Return & Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with the electronics items you received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request.

Return Process

1.Contact Us via our website, indicating the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and attach clear photos or videos showing the product issue (if applicable).

2.After receiving our return authorization and instructions, please repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3.Ship the item(s) to the return address we provide using a trackable shipping service.

4.Once shipped, please provide the tracking number and return receipt (with item weight) to help expedite your refund or exchange process.

5.Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a refund or exchange. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong model ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping fee.

 

Important Notes

Returned electronics must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please ensure that all personal data has been erased from devices before returning them.
